Not nearly enough. Hold out for a great NB or something. Yes your car is old but the low miles and great condition mean it has value. Don't let someone convince you difficulty to service = less value. Otherwise lamborghinis and ferraris would be free. That miata could be bought for 5 grand or less even in the south. Your 300zx is probably a solid 7-8k cash car all day every day. If you want to do this, make him cough up some cash so you can fix any mistakes he made when tuning his miata.
